Amarc Resources appoints interim CFO Braden Jensen

Amarc Resources Ltd. has announced that Carol Li is stepping down from her position as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 15, 2026, due to personal reasons. To ensure a smooth transition, Ms. Li will remain with the company in an ongoing advisory role.

Braden Jensen, the company’s current Corporate Controller, has been appointed as the interim Chief Financial Officer. Jensen is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 15 years of experience in the natural resources sector, including 11 years serving as CFO for various public mining companies in Canada.
