Amazfit Active 3 Premium receives new firmware update

Zepp Health has released a new firmware update (version 6.3.25.5) for the Amazfit Active 3 Premium smartwatch. The update introduces several new features and optimizations aimed at improving training and navigation.

A major addition is the inclusion of HYROX analysis. When used in conjunction with the Helio Strap Pro, the watch can record movement count, movement frequency, and heart rate trends during HYROX races or simulations. Following a session, the Zepp app provides pace change data and specific training suggestions for each station.

The update also brings FTMS support for indoor cycling, allowing the watch to connect to compatible bike trainers and spin bikes via Bluetooth to display power, cadence, speed, and distance. Other improvements include enhanced music management, upgraded navigation, and the introduction of Athlete Defaults, which automatically adjusts settings like Workout Do Not Disturb when a session begins.
