Amazfit rolls out deep price cut, Balance 2 software upgrade and EU iOS notification feature
Amazfit’s Active 2 smartwatch fell to €84.49 on Amazon, a roughly 35 % discount that makes the device the cheapest ever offered, under €100. The model retains a 1.32‑inch AMOLED display, offline maps, AI voice assistant, multiple sport modes and up to ten days of battery life.
The Balance 2 received a new Zepp app firmware update (v3.54.2.1) that adds the HybridCharge system – an evolution of BioCharge that incorporates user‑reported data such as LifeLoad and RPE – and expands HYROX training options, offline route planning and Bluetooth speaker support.
Amazfit also announced a beta iOS Notification Forwarding feature for eligible iPhone users in the European Union. Starting 30 June, selected models (including the Cheetah 2 Ultra, Balance Ultra, Balance 3, Bip Max, Active 3 Premium, Cheetah 2 Pro, T‑Rex 3 series and Balance 2) will allow direct replies, quick actions and image previews from the wrist, pending iOS 26.5+ and the latest Zepp app.
