Amazon expands Fire TV lineup with Prime Day discounts and new Creator Hub

Amazon has discounted its entire Fire TV stick family for Prime Day, offering price cuts across five models ranging from the basic Fire TV Stick HD to the Fire TV Cube. The promotion highlights differences in resolution, storage, Wi‑Fi standards and operating systems, with the 4K Select model featuring the new Vega OS while higher‑end sticks add Wi‑Fi 6, Dolby Vision and larger storage.

In addition, Amazon plans to launch a Creator Hub on Fire TV this summer. The hub will showcase videos and podcasts from up to 200 creators by July, with a goal of 500 creators next year, and will allow users to personalise the interface by selecting preferred creators. The move aims to surface creator content directly on the Fire TV home screen and recommendations, leveraging Amazon’s control of the platform’s operating system.
