Amazon expands home‑cinema lineup with Prime Day Echo Dot bundle and new Fire TV Soundbar
Amazon promoted a Prime Day bundle that pairs two Echo Dot Max smart speakers with a Fire TV Stick 4K Select. The Echo Dot Max, released in 2025, offers improved sound, enhanced Alexa voice control and wireless pairing for a stereo setup that can serve as a sound‑bar replacement. The bundle, available from 23 to 26 June 2026, is priced lower than purchasing the speakers separately and includes the Fire TV Stick at no extra cost.
At the same time Amazon introduced the Fire TV Soundbar Plus, a 94 cm soundbar with an integrated sub‑woofer, 135 W output, and support for Dolby Atmos and DTS. It connects via HDMI‑ARC/eARC, optical audio and Bluetooth, and can be controlled through the Fire TV remote. Priced at €161.99 on Amazon.de, reviewers note strong bass, high volume capability and versatile EQ modes, while pointing out limited external sub‑woofer options and a somewhat bulky design.
Both products target consumers looking to upgrade their living‑room entertainment with compact, Alexa‑enabled audio solutions.
