Amazon Luna expands with Remote Play and free PC games

Amazon has announced several updates and additions to its cloud gaming service, Amazon Luna, for September 2026. A major new feature is Remote Play, which allows Prime or Luna Premium subscribers to invite up to seven guests to join multiplayer sessions. These guests can participate using any compatible device and an Amazon account without requiring a subscription or additional downloads.

The Luna Standard library has expanded to include titles such as ‘Star Wars Outlaws’ and ‘Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora’. Additionally, the service is introducing ‘GameNight’ experiences, including ‘King of Tokyo’ and ‘It’s Quiz Time: Guinness World Records’, with ‘Bowling Mayhem’ and ‘Cranium Planet’ expected soon.

Amazon Prime members are also receiving a series of eleven free PC game giveaways throughout the month. These titles are distributed via various platforms, including the Epic Games Store, GOG, and the Amazon Games App. The selection includes ‘War Hospital’, ‘Just Die Already’, ‘DOOM + DOOM II’, and ‘Botany Manor’, with upcoming releases such as ‘DOOM Eternal’ and ‘High on Life’ scheduled for later in the month.
