Amazon MGM Studios announces ‘The Beekeeper 2’ release date

Amazon MGM Studios has released the trailer for ‘The Beekeeper 2’, confirming a theatrical release date of January 15, 2027. The sequel follows Adam Clay, played by Jason Statham, as he faces an internal threat from the Beekeeper organization itself.

In the upcoming film, the secretive group has reportedly gone rogue, with members seeking ‘complete control’ of the government. Jeremy Irons returns as Wallace Westwyld, who warns Clay of the conspiracy. The cast also features Pom Klementieff in a new role of authority within the organization.

The sequel follows the success of the first film, which grossed $162.6 million worldwide and maintained a 92% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes. Timo Tjahjanto returns to direct the sequel.
