Amazon MGM Studios greenlights improvised sitcom DINKS starring June Diane Raphael and Paul Scheer
Amazon MGM Studios has ordered a new multi‑camera sitcom titled “DINKS” (Dual Income No Kids) for Prime Video. The series is created and show‑run by Marta Kauffman, co‑creator of Friends, and co‑created with Hannah K. S. Canter.
It will be the first improvised multi‑camera comedy on the platform. The show stars the real‑life married couple June Diane Raphael and Paul Scheer, who also serve as executive producers, with Jon Gabrus as a series regular. Production partners include Lionsgate Television, the Okay Goodnight banner and Amazon MGM Studios; financing is provided by Publicis Media Content Innovation (PMCI). Amazon originally commissioned a pilot for the series in 2024.
