Prime Video releases trailer for Rings of Power Season 3

Prime Video has released the official trailer for the third season of ‘The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power’, scheduled to premiere on November 11, 2026. The new season features a time jump of five years following the fall of Eregion, depicting a Middle-earth engulfed in war as Sauron’s armies advance across the continent.

A central plot point involves Sauron working from his completed tower, Barad-dûr, to forge the One Ring. The trailer highlights various conflicts, including the defense of Elven realms like Lindon and Rivendell, the isolation of the Dwarves in Khazad-dûm, and political instability in Númenor that threatens civil war. The Nazgûl also make appearances in their black armor.

The season will consist of eight episodes released in three stages: four episodes on November 11, two on November 18, and the final two on November 25. The cast includes returning actors Morfydd Clark, Charlie Vickers, Robert Aramayo, and Daniel Weyman, alongside new additions such as Jamie Campbell Bower as Celeborn and Simon Pegg, who provides the voice for the Balrog.
