Amazon reveals Spider-Man: Brand New Day 4K Steelbook designs

Amazon and Walmart recently updated their product listings to include cover designs for the 4K UHD Steelbook and Collector's Edition of Spider-Man: Brand New Day, only to remove the artwork hours later.

The $150.99 Collector's Edition features a recreation of the Amazing Fantasy #15 cover, while the 4K UHD Steelbook depicts a battle with the crime syndicate 'The Hand'. While the Steelbook art received positive feedback, some collectors expressed disappointment with the Collector's Edition design on social media.

Both retailers have since reverted to using the film's global poster for their listings. The film has earned $1.67 billion at the worldwide box office and is currently trending toward a $2 billion total.
