Amazon Türkiye launches new logistics solutions for SME e-exports
Amazon Türkiye has announced new logistics solutions designed to assist Turkish small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with cross-border e-export processes. The announcement was made during the Istanbul Global E-Export Summit (IGEXX 2026), an event held under the coordination of the Turkish Ministry of Trade in collaboration with the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM) and the Electronic Commerce Operators Association (ETİD).
A central component of this initiative is ‘Amazon SEND’. This integrated platform allows Turkish sellers to manage the logistics of sending products to Amazon’s logistics centers in the United States. Through this service, partners can utilize Amazon Türkiye’s contracted carriers at preferential rates, helping to reduce shipping costs and delivery times.
The solution aims to streamline the entire end-to-end experience by consolidating reservations, payments, tracking, documentation, and customs support into a single platform. Additionally, the program offers extended payment terms through post-delivery payments to support healthy cash flow for exporters. Stefano Martinelli, Amazon Vice President for the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey, stated that the company is accelerating efforts to support Turkish sellers and contribute to the nation’s e-export vision.
