Amazon Alexa+ bug causes devices to sing unprompted

Amazon has confirmed a software bug affecting a small number of Alexa+ users, where the AI-powered voice assistant repeatedly sings or chants “La la la la la” without user prompting. Reports from users on platforms like Reddit indicate the behavior can last for approximately 10 minutes and has been observed on various Echo device models, including Echo Show smart displays.

While some users expressed concerns regarding potential device hacking or issues stemming from recent software updates, Amazon stated the issue is a bug and is currently working on a fix. The company has not yet provided a specific timeline for the release of the solution.
