Amazonas Governor Roberto Cidade Advances R$1.4 bn Payroll Boost
Governor Roberto Cidade of Amazonas announced the advance of the first installment of the 13th‑salary bonus for state public employees on July 23‑24, followed by the regular July payroll on July 30‑31. The combined payments will inject roughly R$1.4 billion into the state economy, benefiting more than 123,000 active, retired and pensioned workers and aiming to stimulate commerce and services across the 62 municipalities.
The Pará state government released its June payroll calendar, scheduling payments for inactive military personnel, pensioners and civil retirees on June 26, most public‑sector employees on June 29, and education‑sector staff on June 30. The timetable covers a wide range of agencies and aims to ensure financial predictability for state workers.
In Acre, the state administration announced the final tranche of its annual salary adjustment, completing a 20.32% cumulative increase. Additional measures include a R$500 health allowance for retirees, a unified food‑voucher program set at R$800 for civilian staff and R$700 for military staff, and performance‑based bonuses for fire‑fighters, police and penitentiary personnel.
