AmbaFlex to invest 30 million euros in new Jucu production facility

AmbaFlex, a company specializing in innovative material handling solutions such as spiral conveyors, has announced an expansion in the Tetarom III industrial park located in Jucu, Cluj County. The company plans to invest up to 30 million euros to build a state-of-the-art production unit.

This phased investment aims to increase production capacity and is expected to grow the local workforce to approximately 250 employees. Since beginning operations in Jucu in 2018 with a 5,000 square meter facility, the company has already expanded its footprint to 13,500 square meters.

Alin Tișe, president of the Cluj County Council, noted that the partnership will provide economic stability to the Cluj region through job creation and the development of commercial relationships with local firms. AmbaFlex utilizes proprietary technologies including SpiralVeyor, AmbaVeyor, and AccuVeyor.
