Ambato completes road infrastructure project in Pishilata

The Municipality of Ambato has completed roadwork on Gutemberg Street in the Pishilata parish as part of the ‘La Nueva Historia’ asphalting project. Mayor Diana Caiza oversaw the delivery of the works, which included road leveling, excavations, and improvements to drinking water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage networks.

The project involved laying subbase, base, and asphalt layers, alongside the construction of curbs, sidewalks, and vehicular and pedestrian signaling, such as zebra crossings and preventive signage. The total investment for the intervention was 135,000 dollars.
