Amber Taverns invests six figures in The Thistle pub

Amber Taverns has completed a six-figure investment in The Thistle pub in Alloa. The funding has facilitated an extensive refurbishment, repositioning the venue as a contemporary, value-led establishment featuring live sports, darts, and an expanded drinks range.

The investment has also created 15 new jobs. Local publican Debbie McInally, who has been with the venue for 18 years, will remain at The Thistle under Amber Taverns’ operator-managed model, providing her with increased autonomy to develop the business.
