Ambev opens 2027 Global Trainee Program with international opportunities

Ambev has opened applications for its 2027 Global Trainee Program, offering a monthly salary of R$ 9,500 along with benefits such as profit sharing, private pension, and health insurance. The program lasts ten months and focuses on two primary areas: Business and Supply Chain.

A key feature of the program is international exposure. Participants may engage in a one-week immersion in another South American country, attend the Cheers Festival to connect with global leaders, and potentially participate in international rotations lasting up to three months. The curriculum also includes mentorship from managers and training in artificial intelligence.

Candidates must have completed or be currently pursuing a higher education degree between December 2024 and December 2026. Applicants should have no more than two years of full-time professional experience by December 2026 and must possess intermediate to fluent English. Applications are open until September 2.
