Ambiensa launches new condominium towers in Guayaquil

Ambiensa has launched its first complex of condominium towers in La Nueva Ciudad, located in the Vía a la Costa sector of Guayaquil. The seismic-resistant development features units with one, two, and three bedrooms, with prices ranging from USD 42,000 to USD 65,000.

Designed around the ‘15-minute city’ urban planning model, the project aims to place residential, commercial, educational, and recreational areas within short distances of residents. Amenities include green areas, sports zones, a swimming pool, BBQ spaces, and pet-friendly facilities.

Rhonda Cevallos, Executive Vice President of Ambiensa, stated that the project targets a diverse demographic, including young professionals, students, families, seniors, and single individuals looking to build personal equity. Financing options include the BIESS Credicasa mortgage with rates starting at 2.99% for affiliates, while non-affiliates can access financing starting at 4.87% through Banco del Pacífico, Banco Pichincha, and Produbanco.
