Ambra Angiolini to debut as director at Teatro Ventidio Basso

Ambra Angiolini will debut as a director in the theatrical production ‘La misteriosa scomparsa di W’, based on a text by Stefano Benni. The performance is scheduled to open the Amat season at the Teatro Ventidio Basso on October 10 at 20:30, with a second showing on October 11 at 17:30.

Described as a tragicomic and immersive experience, the play follows a protagonist who wakes up feeling incomplete after losing key parts of her identity. The production features original musical compositions by Dario Faini, known as Dardust, and incorporates works by Cracking Art to explore the relationship between nature and artifice. The production is a collaboration involving Teatro Carcano Milano, with set design by Chiara Modolo, light design by Marco Filibeck, and costumes by Gentucca Bini.
