The ambulance driver sustained a serious corneal injury caused by flying glass from a shattered windshield and required emergency surgery. Medical professionals estimate a recovery period of approximately three months.

Authorities, including the Ministry of Health and DSU Chief Raed Arafat, have condemned the incident. Police have detained three youths, aged 18, 22, and 24, in connection with the destruction and assault.
