The compact small‑form‑factor AI workstation packs 16 Zen‑5 CPU cores (up to 5.1 GHz boost), a Radeon 8060S GPU, an XDNA‑2 NPU delivering 50 TOPS, and 128 GB LPDDR5X‑8000 unified memory shared between CPU and GPU. It ships with either Windows 11 Pro or Linux at no extra cost and includes a 2 TB NVMe SSD and 10 GbE networking.

AMD positions the Halo as a lower‑priced alternative to Nvidia’s DGX Spark ($4,679, Linux‑only), claiming a 4‑14 % token‑throughput advantage and the ability to run models up to 200 billion parameters locally, reducing reliance on cloud resources.
