AMDC trains road order agents to improve citizen service
The Municipal District Central Administration (AMDC) has implemented a training program for road order agents within the Urban Mobility Management department. The initiative aims to improve the quality of service and assistance provided to citizens in Tegucigalpa and Comayagüela.
Developed by the municipal Family Welfare Unit in collaboration with the Municipal Development Institute (IDEM), the training focuses on strengthening professional and human skills. Key topics include effective communication, conflict management, citizen service, and personal care. These tools are intended to help agents better manage interactions with drivers, pedestrians, and other road users, particularly in high-tension situations.
