Amdocs announced two separate collaborations on August 5, 2026. Cielo, one of Brazil’s largest payment service providers, selected Amdocs Remote eSIM Management to modernise connectivity across its nationwide payment terminal network. The solution will enable remote provisioning, lifecycle management and dynamic switching between mobile networks, improving reliability and supporting Brazil’s growing digital payments ecosystem. Carlos Alves, Chief Technology Officer at Cielo, said the partnership will help deliver “improved transaction reliability, simplified operations, and support the continued growth of Brazil’s digital payments ecosystem.”
Sunrise, a telecommunications operator in the United States, extended its long‑standing collaboration with Amdocs to evolve its customer‑service CRM using Amdocs’ aOS platform. The upgrade adds AI analytics and streamlined, governed workflows to reduce handling time for service agents. Anna Maria Blengino, Chief Information Officer at Sunrise, noted the new capabilities will make agents “more efficient, resolve issues faster and spend less time navigating systems.” Both announcements highlight Amdocs’ push to embed intelligent connectivity and software solutions across different industry verticals.
