Amdocs Posts Q3 Revenue Growth and Highlights Dividend Strength

Amdocs Ltd. reported fiscal third‑quarter 2026 revenue of about $1.175 billion, a 2.7% year‑over‑year increase, and non‑GAAP diluted EPS of $1.84, matching its guidance. The company noted a record $791 million in managed‑services revenue, representing roughly 67% of total sales, and a 12‑month backlog of $4.26 billion. A restructuring charge of $0.91 per share reduced GAAP EPS to $0.59, but excluding the charge the result would have exceeded the guided range.

The firm was also recognized on the Dividend Channel’s International S.A.F.E. 10 list for a 4.1% dividend yield and a five‑year record of uninterrupted dividend growth. Amdocs paid $60 million in cash dividends during the quarter and repurchased $143 million of its own shares. The company highlighted a new 10‑year IT transformation agreement with Liberty Latin America as a strategic milestone.
