Amedspor clarifies ticket sales and stadium capacity

Amedspor has issued a formal statement to address public concerns regarding ticket sales and stadium capacity. The club clarified that there were no technical or administrative failures within the Passo ticketing system. During the sale for the match against İstanbul Başakşehir FK, over 100,000 users attempted to access the sales page simultaneously, causing tickets to sell out within minutes due to extreme demand.

The club also addressed misconceptions regarding stadium capacity. While often cited as 33,000, the total usable capacity is 30,481. Amedspor explained that the full capacity cannot be released for general sale due to various organizational requirements, including season ticket holders (12,923), VIP boxes (511), protocol areas (357), press sections (432), fan groups (2,600), and away team allocations (1,518). Other spaces are reserved for security buffer zones, disabled seating, sponsors, and local authorities.
