Amedspor enters transfer battle for Reims forward Oumar Diakité

Amedspor is engaged in a competitive transfer race for Oumar Diakité, a 22-year-old Ivorian forward currently playing for the French Ligue 1 club Reims. The competition for the player has intensified following a formal €2.5 million bid from English Championship side Bolton Wanderers.

Amedspor is working to finalize negotiations with Reims to secure the striker, whose contract is reportedly valid until 2030 and who has an estimated market value of approximately €5 million. The club aims to complete the transfer quickly to ensure Diakité is available for their upcoming match against Trabzonspor, scheduled for August 31.

Diakité, who developed in the Reims youth system, spent the previous season on loan at Cercle Brugge in Belgium, where he recorded seven goals and two assists in 26 appearances.
