Amela Šarić of Tuzla Seeks Public Support for Breast Cancer Treatment

Amela Šarić, a 42‑year‑old resident of Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina, has been diagnosed with an aggressive invasive ductal breast cancer (grade III). She is undergoing chemotherapy at the University Clinical Center Tuzla’s oncology department. The high cost of treatment, medication and related medical expenses has exceeded her family’s financial capacity. Consequently, a humanitarian appeal has been launched, urging donations from the public to cover the ongoing therapy.
