Amelia Dimoldenberg to end YouTube series Chicken Shop Date

Amelia Dimoldenberg has announced that her popular YouTube series, Chicken Shop Date, will be coming to an end after more than a decade. The British comedian and content creator shared the news via Instagram, stating that it is time to move on to a new adventure.

Launched in 2014, the series became a viral sensation through Dimoldenberg’s signature deadpan humor and awkward interviewing style. Over its run, she has interviewed numerous high-profile celebrities, including Paul McCartney, Andrew Garfield, Jennifer Lawrence, Billie Eilish, and Jack Harlow.

Dimoldenberg noted that the show has been her “very own romcom” and expressed gratitude to her followers. While the series is concluding, she teased that a final season of episodes will be released soon to celebrate the show’s journey. Dimoldenberg has expanded her career beyond YouTube, serving as a red carpet correspondent for the Oscars and working on upcoming projects with Amazon MGM Studios.
