Amenabar to develop 612 social housing units in Sevilla

Amenabar has finalized the acquisition of a plot in the Cruz del Campo area of Sevilla to develop 612 social housing (VPO) units. The project represents a total investment of 130 million euros and is considered one of the largest recent developments of protected housing for sale in Andalusia.

The development will feature two and three-bedroom residences designed to high quality standards. Planned community amenities include a 500-square-meter swimming pool, a 400-square-meter multi-sport area, and over 1,500 square meters of community space. Construction is expected to begin this year, with unit deliveries scheduled for 2028. Amenabar will coordinate with Emvisesa for the allocation process in accordance with municipal housing ordinances.
