Amer Group launches major redevelopment of Porto Sokhna

Amer Group has announced a comprehensive development program for Porto Sokhna, aiming to establish the project as a premier year-round destination on the Red Sea. This initiative follows the successful redevelopment of Porto Marina, which saw increased rental demand and market value.

A key component of the expansion is the construction of M Hotels Porto Sokhna, designed to elevate the project’s hospitality, dining, and entertainment standards. Additionally, the company is overhauling its leasing and operating systems to improve unit efficiency and owner returns.

Infrastructure improvements include the construction of a new road connecting sea level to the highest point of the project at an elevation of approximately 270 meters. The development plan also features the reopening of a polo field and the establishment of an integrated equestrian city to reintroduce high-end equine sports to the area. Other upgrades include mall renovations and the introduction of new commercial brands.
