Amer Sports raises guidance following strong Q2 revenue growth

Amer Sports, Inc. reported significant second-quarter growth, driven by strong performance across its technical apparel, outdoor performance, and ball and racquet sports segments. Total revenue increased 32 percent year-over-year to $1.63 billion.

Key segment drivers included Arc’teryx within technical apparel, which saw revenues rise 32 percent to $674 million, and Salomon within outdoor performance, which grew 37 percent to $569 million. Wilson’s ball and racquet sports segment also saw a 24 percent increase, reaching $390 million.

Net income attributable to equity holders rose to $107.2 million, up from $18.2 million in the previous year. This surge was aided by a $50.1 million benefit from tariff refunds. Operating profit increased 339 percent to $191.7 million.

Following these results, the company raised its full-year fiscal 2026 guidance. Amer Sports now expects revenue growth of approximately 24 percent, up from the previous outlook of 20 percent to 22 percent, and adjusted earnings per share (EPS) of $1.27 to $1.30.
