America 250 Anniversary Series Features Historian Jane Hampton Cook

Talks For Christ announced a three‑part audio series called “America 250: Honoring Our Founders,” hosted by founder Dr. Bruce Oliver and featuring historian, author and former White House staffer Jane Hampton Cook. The series marks the United States’ 250th year of independence and explores the faith, gratitude and sacrifices of the nation’s early leaders.

The episodes air on Flag Day (June 14), Father’s Day (June 21) and Independence Day (July 4), covering topics such as prayer during the Revolution, the influence of George Washington and Thomas Paine, and the legacy of religious liberty. Bonus segments include a discussion of the Space Force hymn, a conversation on religious freedom with filmmaker Andrew Linn, and a ten‑part look at the Ten Commandments edition.

The program is promoted alongside Cook’s recent book *A Great and Grateful Nation*, which examines America’s heritage through a lens of thankfulness.
