American Airlines expands Flagship Dining access to business class

American Airlines is expanding access to its premium Flagship Dining experience. Starting September 15, 2026, passengers traveling in Flagship Business Plus and Flagship Business on qualifying long-haul international, transcontinental, and Hawaii routes will be eligible for the sit-down dining service. Previously, this access was reserved exclusively for Flagship First guests.

The service will be available at lounges in Dallas/Fort Worth, Miami, and The Chelsea Lounge at JFK International Airport. A private dining experience at Los Angeles International Airport is scheduled to reopen in late 2026.

As part of the enhancement, the airline is introducing a refreshed four-course menu featuring seasonal and regional dishes. The experience will also include a wine and chocolate pairing curated by Chef Thomas Keller, featuring KHK Wines and K+M Extravirgin Chocolate.
