American Airlines expands Pecan Lodge dining on DFW flights

American Airlines has expanded its partnership with the Dallas-based barbecue restaurant Pecan Lodge to offer specialized dining options on eligible domestic First Class flights departing from Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW).

Following positive passenger feedback from an initial rollout on select flights between Dallas and New York, the carrier now offers a Pecan Lodge Barbecue Platter for dinner. The meal includes smoked beef brisket and sausage served with macaroni and cheese, coleslaw, pickles, onions, peppers, and Pecan Lodge barbecue sauce. Additionally, the airline offers a smoked brisket sandwich during lunchtime service.
