Hotel brands Hilton, Marriott, and Hyatt expand all-inclusive offerings
Major hotel brands are increasingly shifting their business models toward all-inclusive offerings to meet traveler demand for ease and freedom.
Hilton has announced the conversion of the Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya and Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya to all-inclusive pricing, effective October 1, 2026. Additionally, the Waldorf Astoria will transition to an adults-only property in early 2027. Hilton is also expanding its presence in Mexico with the upcoming opening of the Amàre Cancun, an adults-only Curio Collection resort.
Other industry leaders are already heavily invested in this segment. Marriott operates 38 all-inclusive properties across nine Caribbean and Latin American markets, with further expansions planned for Europe and the Middle East. Hyatt also maintains a significant presence in the all-inclusive market.
