American couple adopts permanent cruise ship lifestyle

American couple Jeff and Debb Knapp have transitioned to a permanent lifestyle at sea, selling their home and belongings to live aboard cruise ships. Having met on a cruise, the pair has spent over 900 days living in ship cabins.

Jeff, formerly a construction entrepreneur in New Jersey, and Debb, a former real estate agent from Washington, have planned their travels through 2028. The couple recently held a wedding ceremony on the Celebrity Xcel, officiated by the ship's captain.
