American Doctor documentary joins Morelia International Film Festival

The documentary film ‘American Doctor’, directed by journalist Poh Si Teng, has been added to the Piano section of the Morelia International Film Festival (FICM).

The film documents the humanitarian work of three American doctors of different faiths—Palestinian, Jewish, and Zoroastrian—who volunteered at hospitals in conflict zones in Gaza. It records the impact of the health crisis and their subsequent testimony before the United States Congress, exploring the intersection of medical practice, humanitarian neutrality, and political pressure in war zones.
