American Dream real estate project advances in Brașov

The American Dream real estate project in the Șchei hills of Brașov is moving forward following legal and administrative developments. After years of disputes with the local administration and opposition from civil society regarding the impact on the landscape, the developer has obtained a court order requiring the Brașov City Hall to release the necessary urban planning documentation.

Recently, the developer secured an update to the environmental agreement, which was originally issued in 2021, to reflect recent changes to the project. The development plan involves constructing 42 buildings containing nearly 600 residential units across an area of approximately 40,000 square meters.
