American Dream to host immersive Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza in 2027

The American Dream entertainment and retail complex in East Rutherford, New Jersey, has announced it will host a permanent, immersive Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza attraction, scheduled to open in 2027.

Developed in collaboration with ScottGames, the creator of the ‘Five Nights at Freddy’s’ franchise, the venue aims to be a functional recreation of the fictional pizzeria rather than a mere themed set. The experience will feature quick-service dining, arcade games, and animatronic stage shows. Specifically, Freddy and the Fazbear Band will perform on a Main Stage, while Foxy the Pirate will appear in Pirate Cove.

In addition to dining and entertainment, the attraction will include multiplayer survival-horror game experiences inspired by the franchise's gameplay. Creative Lead Atreyu Alcantar emphasized that the project focuses on authenticity, stating, “We’re not building a set that looks like Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza — we’re building Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza.”
