American Express and Delta Launch New Hotel Credit Promotions

American Express is offering new Amex Offers for Marriott Bonvoy properties. Cardholders can earn a $150, $100 or $50 statement credit after spending $375, $400 or $250 respectively on eligible room rates and charges. The promotion runs from 8 April 2026 to 5 August 2026 and applies to participating Marriott locations in the United States, its territories, the Caribbean, Canada and Mexico, with many luxury brands excluded.

Delta Air Lines has introduced a limited‑time hotel promotion for SkyMiles members booking through Delta Stays. The deal, ending 6 August, doubles the usual earning rate to 4 SkyMiles per dollar (excluding taxes and fees) and adds perks such as complimentary upgrades and food‑and‑beverage credits at select “VIP Access” hotels. Members can also apply up to $250 of annual hotel‑credit benefits from their Delta SkyMiles American Express cards, with credit limits ranging from $100 to $200 depending on the card tier. Bookings can be made through 31 March 2027.
