American Fusion receives FINRA clearance for Form 211
American Fusion Inc. has received notification that the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has cleared the Form 211 filed by Alpine Securities Corporation on the company’s behalf. This clearance, filed under SEC Rule 15c2-11, authorizes Alpine, acting as the sponsoring market maker, to initiate proprietary priced quotations in American Fusion common stock.
The clearance of Form 211 was the final open item identified by the company regarding its application for the OTCQB Venture Market. While this milestone addresses a key requirement, the company noted that OTCQB qualification still requires a final review and satisfaction of all eligibility criteria by OTC Markets Group.
As part of a broader capital markets strategy, management is also evaluating potential future uplisting to a national securities exchange, such as the Nasdaq Capital Market or the Texas Stock Exchange, though no specific venue has been selected and such an uplisting is not guaranteed.
