American Idol confirms host and judges for Season 25

ABC has confirmed the host and judging panel for the 25th season of ‘American Idol’, which is scheduled to return in 2027. The announcement was made during a Luke Bryan concert in Nashville, where Bryan and Carrie Underwood appeared onstage, and Lionel Richie joined via a big screen.

Ryan Seacrest will return as the series host. The judging panel will remain unchanged, featuring Carrie Underwood in her third season, alongside Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie, who will both be marking their 10th season as judges on the ABC version of the show.

A significant change for the upcoming season is the relocation of production. After more than 20 years of filming in Los Angeles, the show will move its production to the Atlanta, Georgia area.
