American Transportation Research Institute names Page Siplon as next president

The American Transportation Research Institute (ATRI) has announced Page Siplon as its next president and chief operating officer. Siplon is scheduled to join the organization in November and will work alongside the current president, Rebecca Brewster, during a leadership transition period.

Siplon will officially succeed Brewster when she retires in February 2027. He brings over 20 years of experience in transportation, logistics, economic development, and public policy. Most recently, he served as the CEO of TeamOne Logistics. His previous professional background includes over a decade leading logistics and innovation initiatives for the state of Georgia, where he served as executive director of the Georgia Center of Innovation for Logistics.

Additionally, Siplon has served as vice chairman of the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Advisory Committee on Supply Chain Competitiveness. The ATRI search committee noted that his expertise in building public-private relations and his track record in executive leadership will support the organization’s research mission as the trucking industry navigates complex operational changes.
