American voters express concern over rise of socialism and communism

A new poll by Noble Predictive Insights for The Center Square’s Voters Voice indicates that 63% of American voters are concerned about the rise of socialism or communism in politics. Within this group, 36% reported being very concerned, while 27% were somewhat concerned. Only 13% of respondents stated they were not at all concerned.

The poll, which surveyed 2,533 registered voters including Republicans, Democrats, and Independents, comes amid political debates regarding democratic socialist candidates. In Florida, the state Board of Education has approved a new 'History of Communism Standards' curriculum for public school students to address the resurgence of these ideologies and the historical impact of communist regimes.
