America's Got Talent live shows quarterfinals reality television NBC

The live shows for Season 21 of America's Got Talent have commenced at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium in California. Following the audition and callback rounds, 44 acts have advanced to the quarterfinals.

Judges Simon Cowell, Sofía Vergara, Melanie ‘Mel B’ Brown, and Howie Mandel have completed their selection process, including the use of golden buzzers. However, for the live shows, the judges no longer hold the power to use wild cards or saves to prevent eliminations; instead, the contestants' fates will be determined by viewer votes.

Terry Crews will host the first round of the quarterfinals on August 18. The competition is scheduled to continue through September 8.
