Argentina XV confirms roster for Américas Rugby Championship

Argentina XV has finalized its 28-man roster for the upcoming Américas Rugby Championship, scheduled to take place in Chile from August 29 to September 6. The tournament, organized by Sudamérica Rugby, will feature a round-robin format involving Argentina XV, Chile XV, Uruguay XV, and Paraguay.

Head coach Álvaro Galindo emphasized the high intensity of the competition, noting that the dense schedule will require squad rotation. The roster includes several players from the Los Pumitas program and notable representatives from Club Atlético Estudiantes, including Diego Correa, Franco Rossetto, Bautista Lescano, and Felipe Villagrán.

The tournament matches will be hosted across various Chilean cities, including Talcahuano, Santiago, and Valparaíso. Argentina XV is set to debut against Paraguay on August 29 at the Estadio CAP Acero in Talcahuano, followed by a match against Uruguay XV on September 2, and a final fixture against Chile XV on September 6 in Valparaíso.
