Amersfoort aldermen to meet residents in Hoogland

Aldermen Micheline Paffen-Zeenni and Marjolein Perdok will meet with residents at the Kraailandhof shopping center market in Hoogland on Wednesday, September 2, 2026. The session, scheduled from 9:30 to 10:30 AM, provides an opportunity for citizens to discuss future plans for the municipality of Amersfoort.

Following recent municipal elections that saw high voter turnout, the five largest parties have established a coalition agreement outlining their policy directions. The local government is now seeking input from residents, organizations, and entrepreneurs to assist in the implementation of these plans. In addition to the in-person meeting, residents can contribute ideas via a questionnaire on the municipal website until September 13, 2026.
