Ametller Origen to expand Castelldefels supermarket by 149%

Ametller Origen is set to significantly expand its supermarket located in Castelldefels, Spain. The local government has granted the necessary urban planning license to Casa Ametller, S. L. to execute the project.

The expansion involves demolishing 212 square meters of auxiliary buildings and renovating the existing 935-square-meter facility. An additional 1,392 square meters will be added, bringing the total constructed area to 2,327 square meters on a 4,378-square-meter plot. The project also includes the creation of a parking area with a capacity for 95 vehicles.

The company is required to pay approximately 124,016 euros in municipal taxes and fees, including construction and installation taxes. The execution period for the works is set for 24 months.
