Amgen to deploy Veeva Vault CRM globally

Amgen has announced plans to deploy Veeva Vault CRM on a global scale, building upon a partnership with Veeva Systems that has spanned more than a decade.

Vault CRM is part of the Vault CRM Suite, which utilizes AI agents to provide an agentic commercial foundation. The technology is designed to transform engagement between the life sciences industry and healthcare professionals, aiming to accelerate the adoption of new medicines and improve patient outcomes. Key features include the ‘Agentic Call Report,’ which generates commercial evidence to identify previously hidden barriers to treatment.

Scott Skellenger, Amgen’s Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, stated that the transition to Vault CRM will accelerate the company’s ability to deliver new therapies to patients worldwide with greater speed and agility. Matt Farrell, President of Commercial Strategy at Veeva, noted that the platform will support Amgen in bringing innovative medicines to millions of patients globally.
