Amici 26: Samurai Jay and Amadeus rumored for new technical commission

Speculation is growing regarding the technical commission for the upcoming 26th edition of the Italian talent show ‘Amici di Maria De Filippi’. Reports suggest that singer Samurai Jay, following his success at Sanremo 2026, may join the judging panel.

The new season, expected to begin on October 11, may introduce sports disciplines such as boxing, judo, and roller skating, potentially requiring a restructured faculty. Other rumored additions to the technical commission include Ambra Angiolini, while Rudy Zerbi is expected to return. Amadeus has confirmed his participation as a technical commissioner.

Anna Pettinelli is reportedly not returning due to her commitments to ‘Tale e Quale Show’.
